Zoning Use Chart and Definitions

The City Council adopted a new use chart on Feb. 7, 2022. On March 31, 2022, Council met with Planning and Zoning Commissioners to review the chart in a joint workshop. Amendments were suggested. On April 18, 2022, City Council voted unanimously to amend the Use Chart and Definitions. Council will consider passing an Ordinance on June 6, 2022, to approve and finalize the new Use Chart and Definitions.
