If pumping goals cannot be maintained, the Mayor or his/her designate shall have the authority to further limit irrigation.

No application for new, additional, expanded, or increased-in-size water service connections, meters, service lines, pipeline extensions, mains, or water service facilities of any kind shall be approved, and time limits for approval of such applications are hereby suspended for such time as this drought response stage or a higher-numbered stage shall be in effect.

Due to potential biological growth due to low flow conditions, swimming in the Llano River at Robinson Lake and Town Lake in Badu Park is strongly advised against.

Water rate increases for Stage 5 from the Drought Contingency Plan will not be in place at this time.
